Epic did not deliver what they promised they didn’t call me when there was a mistake and the wrong windshield was ordered then there were scratches all on the inside frame of the car they threw away our toll tag. But they did deliver my car to my home because I was already out of town when the car was finished Two days late.

The windshield itself is fine, but the inside frame of the windshield had a bunch of black marks and scratches on it

Everyone was polite, but I drop my car off on Monday with the understanding the car would be ready Wednesday. I got text messages that it was progressing as expected and Thursday morning. I got a text that said they were almost done and 2 o’clock Thursday afternoon I called and they had ordered the wrong windshield. So all of the text messages I got were not, true, but nobody ever called me

From the first time I called on the phone Parker was so friendly and helpful. I just knew I had called the right place. Overall repairs I was satisfied. Was disappointed in timely repair on my car. My car sat in parking lot approximately 15 days before my shattered Windshield was not repaired causing glass blowing in my car on my seats and throughout my car. I understand the delay of parts to some extreme. Delay of repairs could of been eliminated if other repairs would of been done while waiting on parts instead of being done the last 2 days of my 29 days of being without my car.
