work that was completed Was excellent . The extra work was a nice gift . My only negative was lack of communication keeping me updated .The rental car was dirty and had a musty smell. I told them when they called . Very unprofessional compared to your finished work .

I received this survey, but I have not yet taken possession of my vehicle, so I’m unsure why it was sent at this time. My vehicle is still at the repair shop due to two outstanding issues that were not completed. I was asked to come in to pick up the car, only to find that the repairs were not finished, which was very disappointing and an inconvenience. I took time out of my schedule to come in, and the lack of attention to these details is not acceptable. I now have to wait longer while these issues are submitted to insurance for approval, which further delays getting my vehicle back. At this point, I am not satisfied with the experience and would appreciate better communication and thorough completion of repairs before being notified for pickup.

The car looks like new. Great work. My only constructive feedback would be to be a little more communicative about the repair status: I had to call to find out my car is ready. Not ideal. Otherwise I would totally recommend based on the workmanship.

Everyone was great. Only reason for a 9 was beyond length of time without a car. I also understand that it took longer because it had to go through insurance.

all was good except that I was caught off guard when told at time of pickup that there would be an additional 3% charge if paying by credit card. would have been nice if i was given that information in advance so that I could have been prepared with a check. I was not happy about that. Other than that everything was excellent.
