all was good except that I was caught off guard when told at time of pickup that there would be an additional 3% charge if paying by credit card. would have been nice if i was given that information in advance so that I could have been prepared with a check. I was not happy about that. Other than that everything was excellent.

Many good surprises with items I didn’t expect you to do. Thank you. The only issue was 2 loose wires in the engine compartment when hood was removed. These live wires had been arcing against ground surfaces when I discovered the issue. I have since reconnected the wires. Fortunately no damage to the wiring system.

Took my 2010 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD in to repair front bumper damaged caused by a careless driver in a parking lot. The accident pushed the bumper upward and inward about 1 to 11/2 inches on the right side. ER Painting repaired the damage perfectly and include a complimentary service because the repair took a little longer than anticipated. The employees and owners exhibited a consistent customer focused attitude in their service to me and other customers that I witnessed them helping. I strongly recommend ER Painting in Huntington Beach for your vehicle repairs!
