My truck had 150 miles driven while it was in the shop. The job was late. The paint didn’t match and the tailgate did not line up. This kind of service is unacceptable.

I’m satisfied with the repair work ER did on my Honda Civic. I was surprised at the long time period that the repair took, from your receipt of the vehicle on Friday, Sept. 27, until ER finished the repair work yesterday, Wednesday, October 16; a total of 14 work days, ie., 3 weeks as of tomorrow, Friday, Oct. 18th.

Everything looked great. There was an ever so widening reveal towards the front of the ven where the bottom of the quarter panel all’insegna with the new number, however not sure if it was present before the repair. Car is sold now, very pleased with the new bumper overall.

The lads were very friendly and helpful, esp. the kid with longer hair. Very accommodating and super friendly, willing to go above and beyond. Don’t see that everyday day now with the new lot. So kudos to the kid, he’s def a keeper!!
