The lovey lady at the front desk called the insurance company to get the rental through them. She said it could be complicated and said she would handle it for me. We dropped off our vehicle and picked up the rental , so easy!

Likely so, but my deal was an insurance issue and I know that can differ from a normal body work repair. I have another vehicle I would like for you to look at sometime as I need help with it.

Upon getting my vehicle back, the next day I noticed defincicies on the driver side rear sliding door that wasn’t there before. Along with scuff marks on the passenger side. I am not satisfied at all

I was satisfied with Eric Hayden‘s repair shop other than diamond detailing. My car looks the same clean wise as I got it back after being detailed a couple of my buttons don’t work properly in my car after it being detailed so I was a little disappointed, there are some minor scratches on my Apple CarPlay screen so not a huge fan of diamond detailing I would 10 out of 10 recommend Eric Hayden collsion center. Just maybe don’t get your car detailed at diamond detail.

I am more than happy with the service at EHC, it exceeded expectations in every aspect. I dropped my car off and drove off in a rental EHC keeps on property, no wait. When I picked my car back up it was cleaner inside and out than it was the day I bought it. Great work EHC team, keep it up. This is the type of service rarely seen anymore. The young lady at the front desk was always very helpful and kept me well informed of status throughout the process, she even charged my vehicle for me, it was on the charger when I picked it up.
