I put a 9 just because I felt the communication could have been slightly better. I "thought" the repair was going take 3-5 days and it took I 10+ business days. Not a big deal on it taking longer. I completely understand things come up during the repair, another quote had to be sent to Insurance, etc. I just felt the communication could have been a little better on how the progress was coming along. I think I called about 5 days in asked for an update and again the following week just seeing how things were going and how much longer it might be. Otherwise front desk and everyone else I spoke with were great.
