Eric, I selected you over Colfax Body Repair because I saw a passion in you to help people whether they had a car to repair or just a chair that needed recovered. While I was at your shop a man from the school came in and asked if he could get a chair recovered and you said "yes" without hardly blinking an eye! That told me that you were more than a repair shop and income, you actually care about the people that enter the door of your shop. I felt like that was a great example of man that sincerely cares about his fellowman and a willingness to help however you can. I don't know if you are a Christian or not, but that is definitely an important quality of one who has a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. It may be that the owner of Colfax Body Repair might have demonstrated that same quality if he had the opportunity; but I saw it first hand in you! Thank You! Beyond that you went beyond what I would consider a satisfactory repair on my vehicle by washing the entire car and the windows and the maybe cleaning the interior of my car; besides being so dedicated to the quality of your work that you made sure that received "A Quality Repair Always Goes Unnoticed" that you cleaned up my left headlight so that it more closely matches the right one! A job well done my friend! I will be quick to recommend you to anyone I may meet looking for a quality repair on their vehicle. I thought I had already sent in this survey but must have done something wrong! Hard to teach old dogs new tricks! I am more than satisfied with your work. “ as good job goes unnoticed! I can’t tell the old from the new! I chose Eric’s because of his customer care and support. While I was waiting for Eric a man, who was no a customer came in to the office wanting a chair recovered and without hesitation Eric said he would get his apolstry man to do that and made the arrangements right there on the spot! I want applaud that kind of service!
