We would tell anyone who considered your repair shop the problems we had and how we didn't trust you after the excessive time you claimed you couldn't shorten and then after we made complaints, suddenly you could get our car done sooner. Not something that inspires trust or confidence in a customer.

First, it was only going to take a couple of weeks. Then you found more that needed repaired and said the part had to be ordered and then it would be 2 weeks after that going beyond what insurance would pay for the rental car. We would have had to pay nearly $400 out of pocket for the rental car. We called, asked for our car until the parts came in to reduce the rental costs. You said we couldn't and there was nothing you could do to shorten the repair time. Then I wrote to the attorney general explaining the problem and how we couldn't afford nearly $400 out of pocket for the rental car. Suddenly, you were able to repair the car much sooner and we only had to pay for 1 day instead of 9. We no longer trust Eriksen for repair or future car purchases.
