As I have come to know from other repairs, the paint doesn’t match on the bumper to the rest of the car, which is very disappointing. More importantly, the repair took more than tow months to complete.

The people I dealt with at Eriksen were always very kind. I wish I could have been driving my car, while we were waiting for the part. Unfortunately I couldn’t drive my car without a bumper and they threw my damaged bumper away when the got the first bumper in that didn’t fit.

It was disappointing the headlight and running lights are both scratched/scuffed. I would not have expected it to be less than new looking. My check engine light also came on Friday morning after picking it up after hours on Wednesday. Hopefully there Is nothing wrong.

Very good work, repairs looks great! Only issue was my old grill was gloss lack n they accidentally ordered flat black n installed it, still looks better than a crushed up front end tho

The workmen ship was good, however someone put close to 200 miles on the vehicle while being worked on. Obviously there should have been no reason for this as it was in the shop for cosmetic damage not mechanical....

Told me that my vehicle was ready for pick up when it wasn’t. They didn’t even QC their work it was very easy to spot that my finder had not been replaced. To make up for the mistake they offered to bring me the vehicle and upon arrival at my home there was a nice rock chip in my windshield. The guy acted like nothing was wrong.
