Ermal's Auto Body Inc. was established in 1972 by Ermal and Shirley Thompson. Ermal's son Rod began working in the body shop repairing and painting cars at the time the shop opened as part of a school program. In 1974, when he finished high school, Rod began managing the shop and has managed it ever since. Rod and his wife, Kristi Thompson, bought the business in 1989. We have a staff of 14 trained employees - several of which have been employed by the business for over 25 years. We have worked very hard to build a reputation of quality work in the community.

Ermals gets a 10 from me. I was from out of town. They finished the repair as quickly as possible. They explained it to me before they ever did anything and they worked with me on getting my car back as quickly as possible, even though I was out of town, I appreciate them very much. They came very well recommended and they’ve earned that.

Not only did you fix my car as good as new, but you cleaned the inside also. I live in Island Park, on a dusty road, and my car is always in need of cleaning. Excellent service. Cheerful and professional. I really appreciated the text communication regularly from them. They are thorough on repair--and even CLEANED MY CAR INSIDE!! The Tahoe looks fantastic! We were so upset when someone damaged it in a parking lot wuth only about 4500 miles on it. We are so pleased with the great work and how fantastic it looks.
