The day after I dropped my car off, someone called me to let me know that it would be ready on Friday, as estimated. When I asked what time it would ready on Friday, he said, "I have no idea," and didn't offer to try to find out. I was asking because I had to get transportation there and wanted to give my ride a sense of when I might need them.
