My first time at Ernie Patti Collision Center, and it was undoubtedly a great experience. I chose to go local, and I am happy I did. The ladies in the front (Cameron and Jordan) were attentive, timely, authentic, and easy to talk to. Trevor, although I didn’t work with him directly, he took his time to greet me, and opened the door for me a few times. And Steve, he was great from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, and refreshingly so polite. He kept me well informed about my car status, and went above and beyond, advocating for my repairs to my insurance company. All in all, this collision center made things very easy and set a new standard of service for me. The automated updates were simple and very helpful. The staff was awesome, and they turned a stressful freak accident into a very pleasant and easy experience. I will try to stay out of accidents, but know that I will be a returning customer. 10/10.
