I was told the parts were ordered for my car and bring it in. It will be about 7 days. It was nearly 2 months. Didn't have access to fast trak, soapy joes and a rental car that blew out my budget. Then when they said the car was ready the car wouldn't even unlock. So i had to wait 30 minutes while they figured out. Then the push button on my passenger door wasn't working. I had to bring the car back and spent 45 minutes waiting. I also feel that they did work that wasn't needed because it was a fleet vehicle. If you are going to have the car for 2 months you should make sure it is truly ready.

Door opens now! The passenger side window can only be operated from that side now but it isn’t that big of an issue.

The repair work done by Escondido Body Refinish on my Prius was excellent! I am very happy with the results and truly appreciate the extras they included…washing my car, cleaning the tires and applying tire dressing to them, etc. Hrand is wonderful to work with…very competent and personable. This is the second time I have used EBR and would definitely very highly recommend them.
