While my repair took quite a long time due to parts shortages and other complexities, Justin was excellent in communicating status and setting realistic expectations for what would come next. It was a pleasure working with Justin. Though the repair took a very long time, and I'm glad I was not at fault due to the cost of the repair, the final product is excellent so far. There are a couple of minor blemishes but overall the car looks and works like new.

I brought my 2002 Itasca Suncruiser in for some body repairs. I actually hit my own car with my RV. From the beginning Hrand was very professional and let me know it may take a while as the parts had to be made from the factory. When the parts finally arrived the shipper had broken several of the and they needed to be created again which created another months long delay. Once the parts came in Hrand and his team started on my RV again. They were able to deliver it 2 weeks ahead of schedule! The paint on my RV is old and faded but they did a perfect job of matching the paint and the repairs came out great. 10/10, would recommend!
