Our experience with both the Eureka Collision Center, ECC, and the nearby Enterprise Leasing office was excellent! Joshua is the estimator and customer liaison. He is very friendly, polite, and communicative. We never had any doubt about the status of the repairs, plus he made sure the rental car was properly coordinated. If we ever need autobody repairs, or know someone who does, ECC is the place we will choose and wholeheartedly recommend.

I’m totally happy with the repairs with the exception of the rear door scrape. I expected it to be repaired so that it wasn’t at all visible. It was touched up with paint, but it’s still evident.

Would have given a 10 but I found out on my dash cam that the detailer used my subwoofers and had them up loud. I didn’t super appreciate that.
