Amy was very helpful. Mine was a unique situation as I needed 2 repairs completed. Everyone there was kind, helpful, and understanding. I am still waiting for the insurance payment for the first repair but Eureka Auto Collision is paid and very workable.

I don't understand why the parts haven't been procured for the repairs when the car is scheduled and dropped off. It's very difficult to borrow cars, rent cars and then have to mange work arounds due to delays because "the parts aren't here" Disappointed!
