Have had the vehicle back for 2 weeks. Still waiting for a trim piece and weather stripping for driver door and mirror. Getting a lot of noise when driving (Windows closed). Thought it would be completed by now.

Like I said … good, not great. Our car was in mint condition before the accident… We take pride in keeping good care of our vehicles. I think most people now will quickly realize the car has been repaired… And we were hoping for a complete and perfect repair.

Amy was very helpful throughout the process. There was one small part that wasn't received before I picked up the car and she helped me schedule the additional work when the part arrived. She said the work would take less than 30 minutes and she was right.
