I still am convinced that the items that were so difficult to access could have been ordered in Nov when my accident happened. Because you waited to look for parts until January, I am just now receiving my Honda in full repair 4 months after I contracted with Euro Specialties.

I wish I could say better. The body repair is very good. Even delays, I could accommodate. But telling your customers a date for repair and then persistently denying responsibility for not ordering in advance, knowing there would likely be inaccessibility, this was so frustrating. At one point I told the estimator, "I am using a rental car."He said I could still drive my car. I replied, " you told me not to drive it because the hood was unstable!"

Though told mid November my repair date was Jan 6 no parts were even attempted to be procured until that very date. It took over a month to obtain the parts. The car was at the shop over 2 weeks. I had to prompt all conversations and updates.
