European Collision Center 200
In operation 18 years.
European Collision Center was opened in 2008 by Ludwik Rutkowski and Dennis Kirkpatrick. For 17 years, they worked in the BMW Certified Collision Program. Their time in the program showed them the value of factory certification programs. They discovered these programs truly set the standard for repair procedures and equipment. Manufacturer training and guidance is far superior than training without direct factory sponsorship. We began as a small team of devoted professionals. We shared the same obsession of restoring vehicles back to their pre-accident condition. Our team attended extensive training to become Mercedes-Benz Factory Certified. Since then, we have also achieved Porsche, Audi, Tesla, Rivian and Sprinter certifications. We also maintain our BMW training and certification standards. These exacting standards are applied to every vehicle we repair.

Marcos was helpful and kept me informed throughout. My car is now back with me and has never looked better.

The neighborhood is highly ghetto and dirty. I saw so many unhoused people and felt afraid in that area.

Sensor is missing and I need to bring it back in.

Fairly good service, in the beginning it was confusing whether the body shop and the claims adjuster were on the same page regarding the total value and I was the one informing the adjuster of what the body shop was waiting for.

Door that was replaced is raw at edge & not smooth with opening. Had my car way too long (43 days) at your shop due decrease staffing, parts delay. Communication unclear regarding my rental car extension - which was very costly to me … but not my fault.

Communications re: the length of time for the repair were spotty. But the repair itself was perfect.
