Nichole and her Team are awesome. From initial first visit until pick up everything went flawless. Job done on time as promised, paint came out super nice. Color matching is perfect. And I am talking about a silver car. Will definitely bring all of my cars here. Hopefully don’t need to any time soon. Fully recommend this body shop. Very professional. Let’s wait until we find out if they accept responsibility for mechanical workmanship. The techs did wonderful body work but I think they overlooked the mechanical damage.

The body work was fantastic. The mechanical outcome is pending. After driving the car home ( approx. 20 miles) I noticed that there was a copious amount of transmission fluid on my driveway. I am waiting for My mechanic to assess the cause. The body shop didn’t think it was accident related because the transmission is in the middle of the car and the damage was front end. Surely they must have seen some fluid leakage, they had the vehicle for four months and it probably wasn’t moved around the property very many times. My mechanic is very busy so he can’t even look at this week. He will make a house call for me this weekend . Please keep my claim open for reassessment. I had no issues with fluid leakage in the past. I noticed a slight gear shift delay when I picked it up at the shop but thought it might have been because the car had been sitting for four months. I didn’t notice any problem on the drive home but I didn’t have to shift gears at any point.
