This was by far the absolute best experience i have ever had with any car repair establishment or any business for that matter. The quality of work was impeccable and the professionalism of the staff was one that all other businesses should model after. They made me to feel like family and evn greater delivered ahead of schedule with my vehicle. I would recommend this place above any other auto repair shop in California. I live in Riverside and endured the distance of travel and was truly amazed with the excellence of European Motor Car Works. Any customer in need of first class craftsmanship with their automobile would be doing themselves a disservice if they chose to go anywhere else!!!

Excellent support from Nichole through out the entire process. She helped me compare quotes and understand my options regarding using insurance vs paying out of pocket. She kept me up to date on status and my actual cost was less than the estimate. Plus the work looks amazing even though I chose a more cost effective fix.
