Bob was amazing. He handled the entire process as a true professional with my needs in mind the entire time. The insurance company was very difficult to work with, and Bob was a true advocate for his customer. I hope I never need to get an exotic fixed again, but I wouldn't go anywhere else. absolutely amazing.
