I’m not getting the same car that I brought. I don’t like the grill that was picked out. I honestly loved my car now I don’t . That saddens me and it’s going to cost more money to get the grill that was suppose to on and more time that I will be inconvenienced. It’s already been over 3 months and I saw a photo and I don’t like it.

I’ve sent multiple emails. My car was suppose to take 2 weeks tops. It ended up taking over 3 months. It has cost me $1,000’s of dollars bc of their incompetence. Enterprise recently just charged me over $1,300.00. That’s just the tip of it.

Everyone there is on the top of their game, from the front desk to the back of the house. This team knows their stuff! Bill is fantastic, he walks you through every detail and you can tell he loves cars and what he does. They made my vehicle look brand new and had it ready right in time for the holidays, thank you for my Christmas gift guys!!
