I was a little apprehensive at first because it was very busy, crowded and chaotic when I came in for my appraisal. I was reassured by Bob Z and Lucinda that they would be able to make the repairs to my vehicle in a timely fashion but without sacrificing quality. I was pleased with the text messages and update phone calls informing me of the progress. My car looks like it is brand new!

Bob and the entire team did a great job. USAA chose the right body shop as European really made me feel so comfortable from the minute I brought the car in, they explained the process, the time frame, and kept in constant touch. I couldn't ask for anything more!! I hope I never see them again, but I will recommend to all. Michele Assatly

I am very satisfied with the technical work of the repair! I was not satisfied with the agreeing of the dates for the delivery of the car in your facility and the dates of picking up the car, which were put off 4 times! Very annoying was that I was told some of the delays were my fault because I didn´t follow was I was told. As a foreigner my english is not so perfect but in general I understand quite well, and so I strongly believe that mistakes in your organisation were put on me. Maybe it would be very helpful if your employees would spend a little more time to explain things to foreigners which are not used to your procedures.

It was the 2nd time my car was in this shop, always the mechanical work has been very good. Next time I would be very exact about all appointments and dates of delivery and carreturn!!

I appreciate the email communications. There is one thing I noticed is driver door doesn't open immediately. Tried to call after I got home, but was a bit late. Got stuck in my car at store parking lot. Strange thing when I pull The handle and slam it back it opens. I can deal with it till I get back from my trip and stop by to check it out. Thank you for bringing my car back to how it looked before the accident. Regards Jay
