Thanks to Bill, Anna and others for their promt and quality attention to my repair. It was expertly done, and I am very satisfied with both the work done and the communication from Bill as to the status. Hopefully I'll not need body work in the future, but if I do I will certainly return.

They did excellent work repairing my car. The plus side to this it was super clean when I got it back. It was like driving a brand new car again. They also keep you informed through out the whole experience. I would definitely use them again.

I have mixed feelings about recommending this shop as their hours are more like office hours and do not reflect the business (industry) that they are in. As far as the work they delivered, I have to say I was very satisfied. My car looked as if nothing ever happened. At the end of the day, time is money and the longer you keep a car, the more the customer has to pay out of pocket in rental fees based on how long they have to keep a rental. Fortunately, I was smart enough to include rental coverage with my insurance plan, but I would have been very upset if I had to pay out of pocket for 3 weeks of a car rental. Not to mention the additional liabilities your taking on by driving a rental for a longer period of time. Just some feedback to take in when consdiering your customer's point of view or opinion.

Edwin at European Paint and Body was phenomenal! He kept me up-to-date via text, email, and by phone about my repair. He arranged everything perfect from the drop off of my vehicle to the delivery once it was completed. The front desk representatives had my paperwork ready to sign when I arrived and I was in and out. He was very informative and knowledgeable of what needed to be done to vehicle and it was done in a timely manner. He communicated directly to my insurance company and made the overall experience one of the best I have ever had. I will definitely be recommending European Paint and Body to my friends and colleagues. They have my trust and business for a lifetime!
