Communication was horrible. I had to call for every update. Parts delivery didn’t run for three downs, no call. Part came in broken, no call. Part was delivered to wrong shop, no call. Finally got a text on Wednesday Feb 26 that bumper was there and would be done that day. I called at 4:15 to see if done, was told tech needed for calibration didn’t show up. Was never told a tech was needed, just needed painting. We have had several cars there and this is by far the most the worst experience. With proper communication, we could have had a spare car and not have to juggle looking for a ride for 10 days on a 4 day repair.

Works in conjunction with insurance, made sure the car was spotless clean. They are friendly, smart, and quick. Only trust them to do any work to our vehicles. The paint looks exactly the same, can even tell there was an issue..All the guys were very kind, respectful and efficient with information. I dropped the car off through the night drop and did not miss a minute of work for dropping or picking up. They're flexible and work with me in whatever way needed.
