It’s not a horrible shop by no means, it’s the repair/cleaning service that needs the most improvement and more love put into it. You guys have an incredible staff, friendly environment but it’s the services you offer that would need more work, or effort put into it. The stuff I have complaints on are easily fixable, just a good ol’ Quality Control check at the end of the service, check over things, makes sure all the pieces are there and make sure the detail looks nice! Easy things, that if you just put a bit more love into Gary’s Collision Center would be my go to place for all my services needs, but at this moment in time. I wouldn’t, it wouldn’t be my first go-to place if god forbid something happens to my vehicle.

Alrighty, I’ll talk about the good experiences first! I was highly satisfied with the interactions I had with the staff, very friendly, and goes above and beyond, willing to do whatever they needed to do. The paint job on my vehicle, fantastic, I couldn’t even tell the difference in the paint, the blending, smoothness, looked like it just came out of the shop brand new. Now what I wasn’t satisfied with, the broken parts, missing part, the dirtiness whenever it came out and was sitting for me, the inside where they “detailed” had streaks running ALL the way down the windshield where it looked like they didn’t even try, and to be honest I don’t think they cared or even tried to make it look clean, sure it smelled it but it definitely wasn’t, dirt still on my door/passenger door, on the passenger floor there was a soap spot still, on the front of my hood where almost everything was replaced, there was bug spots, and on my driver headlight, I feel like it would’ve been good to at least try to clean it? Brand new parts on the whole front end, and didn’t feel the need to try to clean it? Not to be picky, but it would’ve been a good idea/show that you guys try? The floppy/broken fog light cover just slapped back in place? No communication, on whether it should be replaced or not. I don’t know, if this was in a different situation, where I was paying out of pocket, and not by insurance I would’ve been highly unsatisfied with my services at Gary’s Collision Center.
