Sean helped me get my car fixed after my accident. He took care of all the insurance stuff so I didn’t have to worry about it. I’m very pleased with how they fixed my car. It’s all shiny and nice. Customer service department are very helpful too.

I had a great experience with this body shop. The team was very patient, professional, and kind throughout the entire process, and they did an excellent job repairing my car. I think the repair work was top notch. The car looked beautiful. Let's see: the tire pressure monitoring system needed to be recalibrated. I think they had to replace a tire. The link to her iPhone needed to be redone. There are so many electronic sensors and features that it might be impossible to get them all perfect. The biggest problem is lack of communication from the shop.... like weekly status that just says something like.... things are going smoothly and we expect to meet the promise date.

You guys repaired my wife's car. She wanted frequent status updates because you had her car in the shop for around 6 weeks. I phoned several times: sometimes infinite hold; sometimes no answer; sometimes I would be told that I needed to talk to James, and he just stepped out. So, it was very difficult to get a status update. My wife kept believing the car would be done in a few days, even though the estimate showed around 6 weeks. So, my wife was not happy.... which translates into a lot of unhappiness for me.
