Though the repair was delayed due to insurance delay, one Hannah and Kevin got the quotes, Kevin had me come in. He explained what they could wanted to do to get all necessary work done with the adjuster’s amount. I authorized the work, he verified that insurance would send check directly to Excite. He called when parts came in and it would be dine by end of following week. It was in fact fine by beginning of the week. The shop guys were superior. My husband didn’t even recognize his own car!!! Hannah listened to me vent about insurance co and became my surrogate bother them person their the 3 week program cess of getting assessors report. The whole team is amazing and I would highly recommend this shop..

Kevin and Hannah were both very patient in explaining everything relative to insurance, etc. I did miss one thing which was that I would be required to have the gas tank full upon return of the rental. I don’t recall hearing that at all, but that doesn’t mean it wasn’t spoken to me. So I received part of my deposit back due to that.
