My car broke down about 400 mi away from home with my infant son, due to a faulty part on a insurance repair. State farm definitely gave me and excite the runaround. It took weeks to get it situated and it was ALL because of state farm. Kevin and Ricky at Excite were excellent, timely, informative, and even comforting during such a stressful/scary time for me. They advocated for me, explained things to me, and took time to keep me updated constantly - even when there was no updates. They communicated seemlessly with the shop in my hometown who did the initial repairs to ensure we had everything we needed situated. I would recommend them to anyone but I don't know anyone in Columbus lol so if you're reading this .... Excite has happy customers near and far! I hope I never break down so far from home again. But if I do.... I hope it's near excite
