I had an outstanding experience with Excite Collision Repair on Westerville Rd. The service wasn’t body shop related, but I recently found out they can do car detailing! Not only did they do an incredible job making my car look like new inside and out, but they also own a service center where they were able to complete my scheduled maintenance at the same time. The convenience of getting both detailing and service done in one visit was a huge plus. They also provided a pickup and drop-off service, so I didn’t have to Uber to and from their location. I really appreciate being able to support a small, local business that clearly takes pride in its work and values its customers. Highly recommended!

Initially there were some issues with communications - I don’t see the need to harp on that again. Dennis did an excellent job of working to resolve that, and he provided consistent updates of the status of my car during repair alongside good explanations of the work being done that gave me confidence that my car was being handled well. He even went above and beyond - when I returned the loaner, it had less gas than expected and Dennis wrote it off so I didn’t have to cover that although I should have. That wasn’t expected but it was greatly appreciated.
