Executive Auto Body is a family owned and operated collision repair business serving the Philadelphia, Bucks and Montgomery counties for over thirty years. To better accommodate our customers, we have two convenient, state of the art locations that both serve as direct repair facilities to most major insurance companies. Both of our facilities are certified I-CAR Gold class, (Gold Class® recognition is the highest role-relevant training achievement recognized by the collision repair industry. It is estimated that only 10% of repair shops currently meet the rigorous Gold Class standard). Our philosophy is simple, provide the finest quality collision repairs, keep our customers informed in regard to repair progress, and do that in a timely basis while offering the best warranty in the industry. I brought my car to Executive Auto Body after a T-bone accident, and they did an amazing job from start to finish. Their communication was on point the whole way through. They kept me updated when the work started, during the middle, and when everything was complete, both through phone calls and text messages. They even sent a progress link so I could see updates in real time. Customer service was exceptional. They answered every question I had and genuinely put my mind at ease, especially knowing the work is backed by a lifetime warranty. When I picked up my car, it looked just like new. The paint matched perfectly, the panels were aligned, it looked brand new, and there were no weird noises at all. Turnaround time was also fast, especially considering the car was hit right before the Christmas holiday. If you’re deciding between shops, I’d choose Executive Auto Body for their exceptional service and top-tier quality work. Highly recommend.

Honestly, I have no reason not to recommend them. As I responded to the first question in this survey. I have taken my car to Executive Auto Body exclusively for a number of years and there is every reason to continue doing so. They are and have always been a pleasure to deal with.

I recently had my vehicle repaired at this shop and overall, I’m very satisfied with the experience. One area that could use improvement is their automatic text messaging system—it wasn’t always accurate or up to date, which made it a little confusing to track the progress of my repair. That said, the in-person customer service more than made up for it. The staff were warm, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. They took great care of me and my car, and I truly appreciate the quality of the repair work. Thanks for getting my vehicle back on the road!

They were really nice and informative although I was strongly recommend that they update their technological services as I kept receiving updates on my car that were not accurate with the Reality timing of the repairs.
