Everyone I dealt with at the body shop couldn’t have been more helpful and professional. However, the woman in the service department. Lisa I believe, could not have been more rude and disrespectful to speak to when I accidentally called her. I even mentioned it to the manager at the body shop.

Hi , I have been meaning to contact you, my car ( Acura zdx) came back to me with a huge dent on it. My wife also noticed some minor brown burn marks on the front that where not there , looks like welding burns or something but they are small , however the dent is big and in a weird place,, it looks like car got lifted into something ,
