It did take a long time to get all the parts needed for repairs to the car that was not their fault it is just the way things are anymore car manufacturers anymore.

The people were great. I only gave it an eight because I believe the company could do a better job communicating with the customer. I was having to reach out to executive motors regarding when my car might be scheduled to come in and then had to ask about when they thought it might be done. I believe they should set up a texting system that keeps the customer in the loop.
