Years ago when the business was called Platinum Collision they fixed my wife’s 2000 Honda Accord and that was the most unbelievably beautiful repair job I ever saw. I told EVERYONE I saw that if they need body work to take it to Platinum. Later my 2006 Chevrolet Silverado was side swiped by an 18 wheeler and was repaired there (I believe during the change of ownership) and the job was awful. I quit telling people then and I want tell them now.

The main dent that I wanted out was only partial removed. The one over the windshield. The cheap trim installed on the roof is not and equal to what was on there to begin with and takes away from the original look of the car. I do not see any “new” paint on the car, let alone the $365.00 worth that was on the invoice. There’s other things but my health is bad and I’m in bed trying to feel better. I’ve been wanting to bring it back and discuss this face to face, but as I said I’ve not been well and with my doctors appointments I’ve not been able.
