I had to push back on the charge. I was rear ended, and there was no way my deductible should have been involved. I’m not sure whose information was wrong. The employee was VERY nice, and accommodating, and made several calls to get it straightened out. The 8 instead of 20 is for whomever tried to charge me $500.

I want to know why I was left a bag with a rubber piece that was shipped to my car off all my car in my trunk and then I’m charged for that too
