At this time I can't recommend Factory Auto because the job is still incomplete since January 29th. Hosea calls me back if I call him. But I want and need the gas door fixed. It is frustrating to put tape on the gas door every time I go to get gas.

At 1st I was kind of nervous because of the location, but let me tell you The customer service and the service was AMAZING. Guys keep doing the great job yall!! My car looks great!! They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. They waited for me the day before a holiday for me to bring my car in and they waited for me to get there to pick my car since I was 2 hrs away. I will recommend to EVERYONE! Thank you yall!

I had my car repaired at Factory Auto Body after an accident through Nationwide’s preferred shop program, and overall I had a very positive experience. The entire process felt smooth and low-stress, which I really appreciated during what can be an overwhelming time. One thing that stood out was how seamless the rental car process was. I was taken to pick up the rental, and when repairs were finished, I was able to simply drop the rental off at the shop. That convenience made a big difference. While the initial estimate did not catch that a sensor was off, the team was able to identify and fix the issue once it was discovered. The repairs did take longer than originally estimated, and when the additional issue was found, it extended the timeline further. I did have to call for updates more than I would have liked, but Jose was absolutely wonderful throughout the process. He was clear, patient, and very helpful in keeping me informed, which made a big difference. The quality of the work was excellent—you truly can’t tell that my car had been in an accident. I am very satisfied with the final result and grateful for how everything was ultimately handled. Delays can happen with auto repairs, and it didn’t feel like anyone was being careless—just thorough. I would absolutely recommend Factory Auto Body, and I’m thankful to both them and Nationwide for taking care of everything so well.
