Five Stars - Exceptional! I have dealt with body shops enough to know that Factory Autobody is different. When I brought my 1972 240z in for front end damage I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the original parts would be restored instead of replaced with inferior aftermarket parts. I was introduced to the people who would be doing the work on my car and everything that would be done was explained to me in detail. They showed me other projects that were in progress - after that I knew this was the place for my car! Insurance did not pay for this repair so I was worried about the price. Laok Siriphanya did an excellent job working within my budget and communicating with me about the progress on my car. In the end the car got the front end damage fixed, rusty rocker panels fixed, and a complete paint job that included fixing years of dings and body wear - all of it staying within my budget! And BTW the paint job is beautiful! I couldn’t be more pleased with the work that was done and how well I was treated. My 240z is now the beautiful car it should be at a very fair price. Factory Autobody far exceeded my expectations and I would absolutely recommend them especially if you have a classic car. They really understand classic cars and the owners expectations. If you love your car and want a good experience take it to Factory!

Communication was not as good as I had liked it to be. In addition my filter was hanging out on my passenger side under the glove compartment. and my trunk no longer will open. I realize that trunk being inoperable the next day after picking up I left a voicemail in regard to my trunk among other issues I was having with a rental Car drop off. However since the shop was closed over the weekend I guess the owner then felt it was not necessary to respond to the matter.
