The quality of work performed is excellent. Me and the representative spoke about changing my front grill as well as the side running board which wasnt done. I called multiple times a week after I dropped the vehicle off to get an update and never received a call back. Thats wasnt professional and unacceptable.

Was Inconvenienced by having to return two additional times in order for the work to be completed. Makes me wonder what else may have been forgotten or not done. I am not confident in the work I received.

They were polite and friendly but again repeatedly having the return to the shop that was 25min away from home was not the best way to service the customer.

Everyone at Tim’s Body Shop exceeded my expectations. From the day I dropped my vehicle off to the day I picked it up, I was kept informed about the repair process. AJ assured me that I would be pleased. Everyone who touched my vehicle made sure it looked like it came off the showroom floor. The owners, Danny and Stacy, set the bar for body shops. I am completely satisfied with AJ and the rest of the employees. This was a great experience!!!

James and I had a great experience at Tim’s Paint and Body Shop. The personnel were very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and informative . We were kept abreast of our repair process in a timely manner. I cannot thank the owners, Stacy and Danny for setting high standards for their operation of their body shop.
