I was thoroughly informed throughout the process. Before filing a claim, I was told that I could check with the insurer of the person who hit me. Jimmy, the person I dealt with, even bought me to pick up my rental. He really helped me throughout the process.

The lady who claim she is the owner was very unprofessional and rude over something she didn’t even know abt she tried to question me like I was on trial and wasn’t even over my claim I was dealing with someone else and she comes and jumps in talking abt what I owe like I’m trying to get over that really made me feel like she stereotyped me the other guys the males where very professional and understanding

Best auto body repair experience I’ve ever had. Excellent quality work was done on time and within estimated budget, despite crazy bad weather that shut down most of ATL for a couple of days. Along the way, I was given regular updates via app and text messages, and Jose called to update me and answer any questions I had. From the front desk to the shop, these guys provided a great experience - not something you can typically say about car repairs. Highly recommend and I wouldn’t hesitate to use Factory Auto Body again.

I would recommend this company 1000%. The people are professional, kind and kept in communication about my car. I am from out of state and my daughter had my car. Kia! The messed up the steer colum area. They made sure to let me know the estimate in advance. The was was done in a timely manner. I thank them for working with and been patient.
