From the initial greeting of the receptionist, the explanation of the pending work and the estimated completion date, the assistance with the rental process-this was TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Everything was delivered when promised. NO sudden ‘issues’ arose around the repairs. My car looks BRAND NEW and they tidied it up for me! I commend the entire team for the FANTASTIC experience I had at Factory Auto Body. I definitely recommend this company to everyone!
