Factory Collision Center provided excellent, very efficient service and workmanship making my car look terrific after it being damaged in a hit and run accident. The customer service women, Christina and Laura, are extremely concise, detailed, and thorough in all the steps of the repair including evaluation of the car damage, providing estimate of work to be done, keeping me up to date on progress, and being always available for questions and clarifications. Patrick and his staff involved with my car repair were very accommodating, making sure that my car was very well taken care of. This is the second time that my husband and I have trusted Factory Collision Center to work on our car and we have full confidence that they have provided superior results all around each time.

Lauren was the nicest customer service person I’ve ever encountered! Starting from her initial contact with me right through to completion her friendly demeanor throughout the project was very encouraging and relieved a lot of my stress. She is special. Staff very friendly and helpful. Repair took far too long (almost 3 weeks), but that was caused by problems with the parts delivered, and not by the work done by the Factory Collision team.
