Although my assigned adjuster did an outstanding job representing your shop, I must express my distain at having my car (which was driveable) sit idle for an entire week after the parts were order. This wasn't necessary and should not be tolerated by customers.

They repaired thoroughly. Sensors were damaged and many parts needed to be replaced. I am afraid if I did not go to Toyota collision center, other shop would have only fixed the outside oh my car. Or if they fixed inside, I am afraid they would not have used Toyota parts

Owning a new Toyota Camry it was important to me that it be repaired as Toyota certified. As such I brought the vehicle which had surface damage to the front bumper to IRA Collision in Danvers. Adi Mlika handled things for me at IRA. He was personable and helpful in taking care of the repairs and handling things on the insurance side. The repair is like new! Very pleased with my first experience with IRA!
