I can’t say enough good about Factory Collision Center! From the minute I walked in Christina and Lauren took good care of me. They had already appraised the damages, and arranged with Enterprise rental car to pick me up so I could get my rental. They worked with my insurance company throughout the process. When the repairs were complete my car looked fantastic and like new! They even cleaned the inside! I’ve used Factory Collision before and they make the whole process so easy. Thank you all!!!

I can’t say enough about your staff. I dealt with both Lauren and Christina. Their level of courtesy and professionalism was outstanding. They transformed what could have been a very stressful situation (my insurance company did not perform well) into a very manageable situation. They handled everything from checking that the parts would be available when I brought my vehicle in, to arranging for the car rental company to pick me up on the day I dropped the car off and checked the rental back in when I returned to pick up my car. I live out of state and needed to return home for medical treatment and they expedited the repairs so that I could make my appointments. The work on my car was excellent. The car was pristine before the accident and they restored it to that condition. I was somewhat concerned with the recalibration of all the sensors but everything is working like new. In conclusion, I hope I never need to use Factory Collision Service again but if I’m unfortunate enough to be rear ended again I know where I’ll bring my vehicle.
