I am not usually one who writes reviews but my experience at Factory collision center was hands down the best I have ever had in regards to a vehicle. Patrick went above and beyond in helping me. They understood how important my vehicle was to me( my late fathers) and did such a phenomenal job. They also were concerned about my health as I was injured in the accident. I am only able to give the 5 star rating as that’s the highest but multiple that by 1,000,000 and that still doesn’t reach the level of happiness and gratitude I feel about my entire experience. I would recommend them to everyone
