The service I recieved was excellent. Pat the gentleman with whom I worked was very professional . I was kept informed of progress of vehicle repair and updates. Car came back looking great plus clean inside. I needed by a certain date and it was completed in a timely fashion. I recommend their shop.

Factory Collision went above and beyond to provide great service and turn my truck’s repair around as quickly as possible. Due to the nature of the accident, I was unable to clean my truck before dropping it off and I had just been back from 5 day camping trip that left it very dirty. They not only completely detailed the inside, removing any trace of broken glass from the accident, but the outside was washed completely as well.
