Factory collision has worked on my car twice, now. Each time they’ve gone above and beyond from the very start. They set up my rental for me, kept me updated via text every day as to what stage of repair my vehicle was in and both times my car looked brand new. All repairs were done top notch and seamlessly. They returned it to me detailed, and did extra like putting air in my tires and even adding windshield washer fluid. The staff and service is beyond incredible and I wouldn’t ever go to anyone else. Excellent and incredibly fast service. Thought I would have to leave my car over the weekend and pay more for my rental, but they got it back to me on Friday after getting me in on Monday. Very good work and once again excellent service!
