Can’t say my displeasure is entirely their fault. We took our 2013 Jeep Compass in to them through our insurance after hitting a deer. We have a 0$ deductible and ended up paying almost $400 out of pocket. They painted our bumper to match the car, but we’ve had the car, for almost 5 years and the bumper and moulding have always been black. They didn’t contact us about this charge beforehand and waited until I called about picking up my completed car to mention it. After picking up our car the abs, 4wd, and traction control lights are now on. With this model of car that can be anything from the braking system, to a bad wheel bearing, to a bad abs wheel speed sensor. If it’s a wheel bearing it more than likely could have been going before the accident and is normal wear and tear. However, again nothing was mentioned and they ran diagnostics on my car and could have very easily given me a heads up as to what it could potentially be. They also charged extra for me to pay using a debit card and never communicated this charge prior to me standing at the register. They did repair the damage on my insurance claim.
