If 5 identical requests (2 texts and 3 emails) to evaluate my experience with your company is typical, I'd say your left hand doesn't know what your right hand is doing. That's also been my experience communicating with the employees over the past four months.

Over 4 months, the only call initiated by them was two days before my insurance for repair and rental ran out. I was left with an unfinished repair ("It wasn't my fault", I was told) a $1000.00 per month out of pocket rental fee.

I appreciate how clean my car was inside and out but there was some white residue on a few things like around the keyhole - I assume it’ll come off with another wash, no biggie! It was done a week faster than anticipated too. I liked having a rental comparable in size but slightly upgraded - nice to consider for my next purchase. I do have to say my car needed jumped (I think my battery’s old) and my tire pressure light is on. That’s my only small gripe - everything else was great.

no one called any time during the repair to give update I had to call every time. was going to get the rust fixed while the repair was going on went there before the repair to get it looked at was told they would dook while it was there nothing was done have to come back another time to get it fixed
