I have 2 customer service tips. I would appreciate & probably many others would also, if your techs would take 5 minutes to reset my date & time. It would be greatly appreciated. It took me 4 tries & 20 minutes to do that. When you are a Senior & don't have to set them often, you forget how to operate it. Also, send a text every couple of days or at least once a week & inform me of the progress being made on my car. I hope these tips were helpful. My car looks brand new again & I was very excited that you had washed before I picked it up.

They were nice people but I think their mechanics should've done a better job making sure what they fixed was working properly before I got it back. They gave a loaner while they fixed it which was nice but having to take it back twice was very inconvenient. I still haven't received a copy of my final work done papers to put in my car folder. That's not good either.

The repair was good but found a bunch of nuts and bolts on my front wipers and then found my old part of the front om my car in the back seat..totally unacceptable I purchased my car there

The manager of the body shop informed me they ran out of rubbing compound and they will have me back to finish the polishing of the front of the truck. I really enjoy the fact they take pride in their work. I highly recommend this shop.

Second time took my Chevy here. Took over a month to get repaired and there was white sending fiber from them painting inside my car and on the outside. next time They should clean inside peoples vehicle if they get white specs from sanding and painting inside my car did not have it at the time. But overall repairs are good people are very nice and friendly very helpful👍🏼💞

Had to order more parts, was suppose to be done in 4 days. It took a week and 4 days. Plus they didn't even wash the truck. I have never got body work done and they don't even wash it, or at least clean the area that they worked on.
